Conditions of entry: I understand that cycling on public roads is a potentially dangerous activity. I attest that I am physically fit and that my bike is in sound mechanical order prior to undertaking the event. During this event I agree to wear a cycling helmet, abide by the road rules, obey the directions of police officers and route marshals and ride with care and consideration to others on the road. In consideration of the Rotary Club of Warners Bay permitting me to enter into and participate in the Loop the Lake event on Sunday March 13, 2011 and as a condition of such entry, I release the Rotary Club, its servants and agents from all claims from injury, loss of damage of whatever kind I might suffer as a result of any acts or omissions whether negligent or otherwise of the club, its servants or agents in relation to the event. Children under the age of 12 must be registered with a ‘Loop The Lake Numbered Ride Bib ‘ attached to their upper body and accompanied by a registered adult rider with a ‘Loop The Lake Numbered Ride Bib’ attached to their upper body. Cyclists not displaying a ‘Loop The Lake Numbered Ride Bib’ will be removed from the event by patrolling police. 2 wheel trailers will not be accepted due to safety concerns.
