I have participated twice now as a cyclist and am more of a runner, i strongly believe a running or walking option would open up to included many more people that don't ride, and would increase the money raised considerably. It could have the potential to attract as many people as a similar event being the Oxfam 100km event held in August. This attracts 2000 people and also has a waiting list.
