  1. Have you considered opening this up as a 24-36hr run/walk event?
    I have participated twice now as a cyclist and am more of a runner, i strongly believe a running or walking option would open up to included many more people that don’t ride, and would increase the money raised considerably.
    It could have the potential to attract as many people as a similar event being the Oxfam 100km event held in August. This attracts 2000 people and also has a waiting list.

    • Very interesting suggestion Michael. We haven’t considered this as yet. I’ll mention it to the committee and see what they think. There would be a lot more to organise if this were to be done I expect.

    I was wondering whether you require any merchandising for your cycling event in 2012?

    I would be happy to talk to you about coming onboard as your apparel supplier.


    • Thank you for your enquiry, we have t-shirts and patches being arranged already and that is what we plan will be the extent of our merchandising this year.

  3. We are interested in entering our staff into this again this year. Can you please advise of costs and when you expect the registration forms to be ready.
